Another thing is that Satan ruled all of Hell before Lucifer fell, so Satan should also scale to this level too.

If we assume that Satan/Lucifer created Hell without the Gluttony Ring, then both Satan and Lucifer scale to 2.4214285714×10^92 joules and Beelzebub (the controller of the Gluttony Ring) scales to 4.035714286×10^91 joules, making all 3 of them Multi-Galaxy level.

If we assume that Satan/Lucifer created all of spatial Hell as a whole, then they both scale to 2.825x10^92 joules or Universe level.
