Speed: Unknown ("Already here" is an obvious hyperbole, and Homestuck states that no one can be SoL despite this statement getting contradicted so hard)
Lifting Strength: Never seen lifting, so must be shit tier
Striking Strength: Unknown (Killed fodder with blows)
Durability: At most Planet level (Fodders could harm him)

Lord English isn't tier 1, let alone tier 2, and don't attempt to upgrade him, and here's why.
Genesis Frogs are 3-A and nothing higher. It never shown to have it's own space-time continuum, already knocking down tier 2. 2-A Genesis Frogs are a big no, because Calliope stated that they have all universes within them only when in good health, which is never shown in the story. Even then, 2-A isn't valid because Homestuck has never shown to have infinite universes despite the fact that Jade and the official wiki speak otherwise, let alone the whole entire MS Paint Adventures series having infinite timelines Even though Pickle Inspector split himself ad infinitum and each went into a different timeline, at max it would be 2-C because MSPA as a whole has show to have a few universes. English doesn't scale regardless
