This is the Tier system used exclusively for (The Elementals(Articuno)), and these tiers don't 100% scale to the official tiers on Joke Battles Wiki.

Also, as time goes on, I'll be adding more tiers, as well as characters that fit into them. Anyways, let's begin this.....
TIER 11, Lower dimensional characters[]
Characters that are between 0-D power, and microscopic 3-D power.
11-C: 0 dimensional characters.
11-B: 1 dimensional characters
11-A: 2 dimensional characters
High 11-A: Extremely small 3 dimensional objects, like atoms, and molecules.
Characters in this tier as of now: None
TIER 10, Humans[]
Characters that are between Simple, and above human
Low 10-C: Below disabled human. Mice, and other really small animals
10-C: Disabled human, dogs, cats, and other small animals
High 10-C: Almost at average human, but a slight quirk holds them back, such as dwarfism, or blindness. Monkeys, and other medium animals
10-B: Average human
10:A: Fit, and/or athletic human. Foxes, and other slightly large animals.
Characters in this tier as of now: None
TIER 9: Superhuman[]
Characters that are between Street level, and small building level
9-C: Peak human potential. Villains seen in martial arts movies. Lions, and other large animals
9-B: Can break a wall at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit. Gorillas, and other very large animals
9-A: Can destroy a room at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit. Also very large animals
High 9-A: Can destroy a small house at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit. Rhinos, and other extremely large animals.
Characters in this tier as of now: Dot (Human Look)
TIER 8, Urban[]
Characters that are between medium building level, and Multiple City Block level
8-C: Characters that can destroy a medium building at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit. World's largest animals.
High 8-C: Characters that can destroy a skyscraper at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
8-B: Characters that can destroy a city block at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
8-A: Characters that can destroy multiple city blocks (about 10% of an average city) at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.

TIER 7, Nuclear[]
Characters between Town level, and Large Mountain level
7-C: Characters that can destroy a town (about 50% of an average city) at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
7-B: Characters that can destroy an average city at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
High 7-B: Characters that can destroy a large metropolis at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
7-A: Characters that can destroy a mountain at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
High 7-A: Characters that can destroy a large Mountain (like Mt. Everest) at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
Characters in this tier as of now: Dana (Normal form), Dot (Upper bound for shape-shifting)
TIER 6, Tectonic[]
Characters between small island level, and multi-continent level. This is also the lowest ranked tier where you'll see creator deities.
Low 6-C: Characters that can create/destroy a small island at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
6-C: Characters that can create/destroy an island at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
High 6-C: Characters that can create/destroy a large island at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
Low 6-B: Characters that can create/destroy a small country at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
6-B: Characters that can create/destroy a country at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
6-A: Characters that can create/destroy a continent at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
High 6-A: Characters that can create/destroy multiple continents at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.

TIER 5: Planetary[]
Characters between moon level, and dwarf star level.
5-C: Characters that can create/destroy a moon, or a similar sized object at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
5-B: Characters that can create/destroy a rocky planet (such as Mercury, or Earth), or a similar sized object at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
5-A: Characters that can create/destroy a gas giant (such as Neptune, or Jupiter), or a similar sized object at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
High 5-A: Characters that can create/destroy multiple large planet's, or a dwarf star (such as a White Dwarf, or Red Dwarf), or a similar sized object at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.

TIER 4: Stellar[]
Characters between small star level, and multi-solar system level
Low 4-C: Characters that can create/destroy a small star (like an orange dwarf) or a similar sized object at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
4-C: Characters that can create/destroy a star (like our Sun) or a similar sized object at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
High 4-C: Characters that can create/destroy a large star (like a blue star, or red supergiant) or a similar sized object at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
4-B: Characters that can create/destroy a solar system, or a similar sized object at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
4-A: Characters that can create/destroy a stellar neighborhood, a nebula, or a similar sized object at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.

TIER 3: Interstellar[]
Characters between galaxy level, and spatial universal level
3-C: Characters that can create/destroy a galaxy, or a similar sized object at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
Low 3-B: Characters that can create/destroy a galaxy cluster (Like the Local Group), or a similar sized object at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
3-B: Characters that can create/destroy a galaxy supercluster (Like the Virgo Supercluster), or a similar sized object at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
High 3-B: Characters that can create/destroy a supercluser complex (Like the Pices-Centaurus Supercluster Complex), or a similar sized object at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit
3-A: Characters that can create/destroy all of the matter within a universe, or a similar sized object at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit.
Characters in this tier as of now: None
TIER 2: Multiversal[]
Characters between temporal universal level, and high multiversal level. This is also the lowest ranked tier where you'll see creator gods.
Low 2-C: 4 dimensional characters that can create/destroy all of the matter within a universe, or a similar sized object at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit. On top of this, they must also be able to manipulate the time within said universe as well. This would make them have 4-D power
2-C: 4 dimensional characters that can create/destroy all of the matter within between 2, and 1000 universes, or a similar sized object at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit. On top of this, they must also be able to manipulate the time within said universes as well. This would make them have 4-D power.
2-B: 4 dimensional characters that can create/destroy all of the matter within between 1001, and a countable higher amount of universes, or a similar sized object at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit. On top of this, they must also be able to manipulate the time within said universes as well. This would make them have 4-D power
2-A: 4 dimensional characters that can create/destroy all of the matter within an uncountable infinite amount of universes, or a similar sized object at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit. On top of this, they must also be able to manipulate the time within said universe as well. This would make them have 4-D power. Also, keel in mind that being capable of this does not mean that they get a High 2-A ranking because a 2-A characters power, and/or size would still be 0.
High 2-A: 5 dimensional characters that can create/destroy not only all of the matter within an uncountable infinite amount of universes, but the multiverse itself, or a similar sized object at max potential, and/or can endure a similar powered hit. On top of this, they must also be able to manipulate the 5th dimension within said multiverse as well. This would make them have 5-D power. Also, keep in mind that being capable of this would get a High 2-A ranking because a 2-A characters power, and/or size would be more than 0

Tiers from this point forward contain some names for verses that may be unfamiliar. I don't use the terms (Metaverse, or Xenoverse (I use Hyperverse, but only as an umbrella term to encompass any verse between Megaverse, and (Omniverse-1))). Instead, I use (Megaverse, Gigaverse, Teraverse, etc) as my hierarchy. Please refer to this wiki for more information. :)
TIER 1: Extradimensional[]
Characters between low Megaversal level, and Omniverse-1 level. Note that being a dimension higher than another character, as well as having a dimension higher of power makes a character quantifiably infinite times greater than the dimension before it.
Low 1-C: 6/7 dimensional characters with 6/7 dimensional power. (6-8 dimensions is Megaversal)
1-C: 8/9 dimensional characters with 8/9 dimensional power (9-11 dimensions is Gigaversal)
High 1-C: 10/11 dimensional characters with 10/11 dimensional power
1-B: 12/countably infinite dimensional characters with 12/countably infinite dimensional power
1-A: Uncountably infinite dimensional characters with uncountably infinite dimensional power. Although not a tier High 1-A or higher due to a minor weakness.
High 1-A: Characters that are infinitely above 1-A characters. These characters also exceed the term dimensions. They are basically omnipotent, and are basically almost unstoppable.

TIER 0: Boundless[]
Characters between Omniversal, and Outerversal level.
0-C: Characters that are infinitely above High 1-A characters, and can bend the entirety of the Omniverse to their will, although they are still within the Omniverse themselves.
0-B: What people normally consider as 0 in other tier lists. Every character from this level onward exist beyond dualism. Characters that can manipulate the Omniverse like 0-C, but exist outside of the Omniverse as well.
High 0-B: Characters that can manipulate anywhere from 2, to a countably infinite amount of Omniverses.
0-A: Characters that can manipulate an uncountably infinite amount of Omniverses, and thus, the Outerverse.
