It is believed to be much more powerful than the classic Uno Reverse Card and Unlimited Uno Reverse Cards combined. If it is played, it will cancel or skip any attacks done by an opponents as well as going far to as UNO Skip Card can cancel someone's existence. It can end the entire Outerverse in some ways if is actually used properly.
