Trained with Syn Shenron in base to be able to fight Xicor who was stated to be able to destroy all of the realms if Goku were to loose. Overwhelmed an Evil Shadow Dragon to the point he could not even touch Goku. Terrified Super Chi Shinron with his latent power), higher with Super Saiyan transformations (Prior to the events of the Super 17 Saga a younger Goku was able to fight on par with Goku Black for an extended period of time and allow Black to draw out his latent power. He was capable fighting on par with Super Su Shenron and force him to draw out his full power), even higher as a Super Saiyan 5 (Completely overwhelmed Super Su Shenron and would have been able to destroy him with a single attack if he hadn't escape. Was capable of fighting for a time agienst Ultimate Su Shenron who had absorbed the other Dragon Balls and with the energy of his friends was eventually able to defeat him. Fought evenly agienst SSJ6 Gohan while not going all out.)

Intelligence: While he lacks a traditional education Goku is a master of prodigal skill when it comes to martial arts, with years of experience fighting against powerful opponents with a plethora of abilities. His skill when it comes to combat and the usage of ki allows him to replicate other ki-based techniques after seeing them once, and he was the first to realize how to master his Super Saiyan states though the use of implementing all fundamental emotions at the same time. He is a genius in combat and is capable of devising new applications of his techniques on the fly, such as using Kamehameha with his feet.

Weaknesses: Goku seeks strong opponents and therefore will allow his opponents to reach their full power for the sake of a good fight. He often drops his guard and leaves openings for his opponents whenever he gets distracted, lowering his durability. His Spirit Bomb requires a long charge-up period, during which time he is vulnerable. He needs to locate a ki signature to teleport using Instant Transmission.

Note: Despite never using it on screen it is heavily implied that this version of Goku has access to Super Saiyan God due to the wish that gave life to Super Yi Shenrong involved teaching Goku how to access Super Saiyan God during his fight with Beerus.
