Summary[]
As Palpatine had survived the events of Return of the Jedi, he returned to join the Swole Sith. They simply laughed at him, believing he was too old to join the renovated order.
But, after consistent dedication at the gym, to prove all who doubted him wrong, he became the most handsome man of his age, featured in magazines across the Outerverse for his insane transformation. A, quite literally, new man, he became the ultimate chancellor, Sheev Palprotein.
