Rare Akuma is a cheapie joke edit of Shin Akuma. Created by the infamous Phantom.of.the.Server (Who also created a version of normal Shin Akuma ironically enough), Rare Akuma used to be considered one of the most powerful MUGEN characters of all time, and is still considered one of the strongest Akuma edits. While his OP reputation has faltered over the years as characters like Chuck Norris, N-Alice, Orochi G3-X, and Dark Ronald have surpassed him in power... He still has a loyal following of fans who love to watch this green maniac human chainsaw his way though whoever is dumb enough to cross him...

Certain projectiles, such as Dark Ronald's Finger Skull Barrage or Chuck Norris's Ion Cannon, can get past Rare Akuma's passive Attack Reflection...
