Ol' Nick
Old Nick (Or Ol' Nick) is the spirit of Australian Christmas in the Team Fortress universe, living in the south pole where he gives gifts to good children and kidnaps naughty children and forces them to make weapons. Old Nick was originally a settler that went to the South Pole. He had borrowed money from a mafia group and later created a shop at the North Pole, where he kidnapped children from across the world so that they could make him various items that include weapons and toys. When the Mafia found him, there was an even called the legendary "Australian Christmas shootout" where it is believed that Old Nick had won as seen in a different comic.
