OG Loc is a character from San Andreas, and a damn fine rapper to boot. His raps are so dope, everyone leaves early cuz they can't handle the overwhelming gangstaness that comes out of his high pitched mouth. Managing to get a star on the walk of fame in GTA 5 is only further proof of the gangsta rap legend that Loc has become.
