Due to the nature of OC threads being very flame filled and can easily get people offended/take things personal, it has been decided to not allow threads with OCs unless the author gives permission to do so to avoid this bother.
Also in order to not constantly have people go around asking others to use their characters, the following is a list of OCs that are allowed by their authors to be used for VS threads.
