Joe Capo is the creator of Dragon Ball X. As such, he controls (most) of the things that goes on in that series. As a writer, he created many memes in the shadows. Most of which no one gave him any credit for. Examples include the Expanding Brain and Dat Boi. He is also a moderator for Pewdiepie's Youtube channel. His biggest feat is bringing Gohan back to life after Dragon Ball Super disgraced him, creating the ultimate warrior Gohan Blanco. He watches his creations from above, but he constantly faces the threat of Reddit, stealing his memes.
