Illegal Chandler is a variant of Heather Chandler in a parallel universe where the timeline has been horribly altered and modified to the point where reality has become distorted, leaving her as the only saving grace of quality within Westerberg High School. Her life loosely mirrors that of her prime counterpart with some changes.
