Gawr Gura ("Gura" in her name being stated as an acronym for Giant Underwater Rubber Animal) is a female shark who is a descendant of the fictional island, the Lost City of Atlantis who after thousands of years, swam to the surface while saying "It's so boring down there LOLOLOL!" and buying her clothes and her shark hat in the human world, despite sharks being unable to breathe outside of water, although Gura is so fucking cute she bypasses human biology and for some reason has a human body even as a shark. Scientists do not understand what is causing that problem and only Gura knows why, although a reason is maybe because she is fucking immortal and lived for 9000+ fucking years and can only be killed by being hit with a weapon, namely a gun or a harpoon.
