Illusion Creation: able to create at least seven fake copies of himself
Summoning: Can send an enemy to be tag-teamed by all the Eternal Dragons. Can use Subspace Summon to summons his allies. Can summon Tokitoki. Can call the Flying Nimbus and ride on it.
Social Influencing (Charisma & Instigating Fear): Was able to turn an evil henchmen good and assist him within the span of an episode. Stated to have the natural aura of a Father. Merely standing still instigated fear within Jeice, forcing him to stop his attack and fly away. When he was younger, this same thing also caused others to be intimidated and exert massive amounts of energy and will to even approach. Demon King Piccolo, a being of utter evil, could only see Goku as the gigantic monster within, the Great Ape thanks to his Saiyan Heritage, Piccolo Junior being around him automatically was able to notice the lack of it in exchange for uncanny gentle fighting spirit, and when they locked eyes his body instinctively shivered in fear, detecting Goku's extraordinary nature. Later, in combat, the beastly sight returned once Goku started using his dormant powers. Saiyans are also repeatedly stated to have what appears to be an infinite or bottomless quality to their energy, a trait that is known as their Saiyan Power, something that seems to inspire fear and make the opponent genuinely believe their Ki reserves are infinite when they are actually finite. In DBS he is stated to has a mysterious effect that capable of drawing in others.
Reality Warping & Law Manipulation: Negative is a power that passively distort the surroundings, cause chaos, decay and destruction, even corrode the world itself, give rise to calamities and evil phenomena, and is the opposition to the laws of nature. Positive Energy however is an opposition to Negative Energy itself, the power is power of justice, force of nature, what nature should be which capable of capable of nullifying the Negative Energy, return the distorted and back to their natural state. Goku himself capable of nullifying Dark Ki which is stated to be the same as Negative Energy, thus Goku's power should be the same as Positive Energy. Also scales to Xeno Goku who possesses Positive Energy.

Dead:

Immortality (Types 1, 2, 3, and 7): When Piccolo defeated Chiaotzu in King Kai's planet, it is stated that he cannot die since he is already dead. This is further supported by the fact the Ginyu Force could survive getting impaled by multiple spears and come back unharmed)
Regeneration (At least High-Mid): Angel Frieza and Cell came back after being frozen with an ice machine and accidentally shattered)
Self-Sustenance (Type 2): While Goku is dead, he does not need to eat.

Bodily Weaponry: Sometime between the three-year time-skip in between the Uranai Baba and Tenkaichi Budokai Sagas, Kid Goku loses its weakness by training his tail, Goku should still have this advantage after regrowing his tail. He can also use it for combat or hover in the air.
Enhanced Transformation: Can transform into an Great Ape or Golden Oozaru under the full Moon, or when overflowing with Blutz Waves, giving him more abilities. Can turn into a Super Saiyan 4 and it's variations, magnifying his abilities and turning into his physical prime.

Wind Barrier Creation, Enhanced Limited Perception Manipulation & Enhanced Air Manipulation: Copied Oceanus Shenron's Wind Vortex move, which through high speed movement as well as wind control allows the creation of barriers, seemingly ceasing of wind movements nearby, as well as alteration of the perception of his appearance, even to Ki Users. At the end of Dragon Ball GT, it's implied that Goku's fate is ambiguous, with a few interpretations suggesting he could be immortal or have become one with Shenron. One popular theory is that he merged with the dragon balls, essentially becoming a guardian of the Dragon Balls. Other interpretations suggest he was revived after death, or that he simply left with Shenron to continue training and protect Earth

GT Goku is Stronger than DBS Goku[]

End-of-GT Goku's strength is widely debated, with speculation ranging from vastly exceeding Super Saiyan 4 Goku to even being stronger than certain gods in the Dragon Ball Universe. While his specific power level is not definitively stated in the anime, some speculate that he could be 1,174,313x stronger than his base form if he gained 15% power per year over 100 years, or 82,817,974x stronger with a 20% annual increase. Some also believe he could easily defeat Ultra Instinct Goku in Super Saiyan 4 form.
