Summary[]
When Jesus himself died in our universe, the phrase "It is finished." sent a dimensional flare into the void. It collided with an alternate reality where the Elephants replaced humans as the dominant lifeform, on a planet called Elysium. The flare opened a bridge between worlds, and the Elephants saw the suffering of all mankind. A number of the Nomads decided to cross over to our world and live as shining examples of altruism. Sadly, the journey took a toll on them, turns out Earth's gravity as much stronger than Elysium's... Forcing the Elephants to undergo massive amounts of muscle growth in order to travel without great pain. Sometime later, a second flare occurred, it breached the walls of existence and pulled a mighty cosmic demon... The Laviamoth, out of the void. The Elephants of that age donned their spacesuits, armed themselves with disintegration rays, and set out to save the Earth. The war was long but eventually came to an end when an Elephant named Jumbis impaled the Laviamoth with his 20-foot tusks.
The essence of the cosmic being tainted the Elephants and reformed their bodies, their ears grew long and wide, resembling the Laviamoth's wings. Elephants can flap their ears to summon the cold of the cosmos, which aids them in hotter locations. Above their mouth, an insect-like proboscis now rests, which we gave the name "trunks". These trunks are used to drink the nectar from giant desert flowers; and snap Lions in half for fun. The effects of the deceased Laviamoths were not all physical, and the Elephants minds were cursed with a chemical plague. An annual anomaly reforms the Male Elephant's brains, sending them into a flurry of rage and arousal. While in this state, they go into a juggernaut like rampage, destroying anything in sight, until they hear the song "Butterfly" by Smile DK. Elephants have a perfect video graphic memory that allows them to visit past experiences in 10 ADP at 60 fps. Did you know that Elephant tusks are not actually teeth? When an Elephant comes of age, they leave the plains and enter the ocean. This exile may last for over a year, but eventually, the Elephant resurfaces with two rib bones fused to their bodies. Scientists have yet to identify what creature they truly belong to, they are also known to gather what change they make from their part-time jobs and donate it to various charities. Female Elephants spend their time in groups, passing the day by following Bob Ross tutorials and meditating. Male choose lives of isolation, but sometimes come together to crack open what is known as a "cold one" with the boys. The Elephant's future seems secure in our world, and they will continue to live as they do until the end of time...
