Summary[]
Dr. Gregory House, known as "Dr. Freaky," is a brilliant but misanthropic diagnostician who roams the Backrooms, treating entities and wanderers as medical puzzles rather than living beings. Tall, unkempt, and wielding a cane, he dismisses authority, ethics, and empathy, relying on ruthless logic to force diagnoses upon even hostile entities—often leaving them traumatized by his clinical indifference. Though occasionally aiding the M.E.G., he mocks all institutions, believing self-reliance is paramount. His abrasive, narcissistic demeanor masks a buried shred of compassion, but resistance is futile: those who escape his cold precision should flee, lest they face his wrath.
Powers and Stats[]
Tier: 10-A, High 1-A with Powers
Name: Dr. Gregory House. Dr. House. Dr. Freaky
Origin: Backrooms Freewriting
Gender: Male
Age: Unknown
Classification: Human, Person of Interest.
Powers and Abilities:
- Nigh-Omnipotence (All humans within Backrooms Freewriting have their own notion of omnipotence, which exists as "humanpotence."[1] which is comparable to absolute creative freedom where anything is possible to be done on their own pages.[2])
- Plot Manipulation (All humans have control over what is written. If they die, it is because they were overwritten. If they survive, it is because they rewrote. This implies control over their own narratives.[1] House's powers, along with his "humanpotence" exceed the authors' capabilities and can trap them in their own narrative.[3] The powers of humans are also comparable to simply creating sentences of their own victories over their opponents.[2])
- Existence Erasure ("Humanpotence" allows humans to erase the concepts of entities retroactively. However, it seems ineffective against entities that have resistance to existence erasure.[2])
- Non-Physical Interaction (Through his "humanpotence" and ability to subjugate narratives within his own, House is able to interact with author entities such as Dulling.[3])
- Beyond-Dimensional Existence (The authors see the entire reality of Fandom as fiction including the Mind Museum, a Platonic plane and World of Ideas that contains Platonic archetypes.[4])
- Transduality (Type 4 - There are infinitely many authors that exist beyond the state of "canonical" and "non-canonical" with the canonical state containing everything that can be written as well as all logical states of classical and non-classical logic. And with non-canonical being everything outside the text existing outside any binary, multivalued and infinitevalued states.)
- Acausality (Type 5 - Can subjugate entities at the level of Fandom authors within his narratives, those who transcend the very concept of causality.[4])
- Plot Armor, Immortality (Type 1, 8 & 11 - Everyone in reality has their own control over what is written, implying that such a being remains alive as long as their plot is under their control, and can only be killed if their plot is overwritten. Which implies that Dr. House can only be killed by entities more omnipotent than him.[1])
Attack Potency: Athlete level (Dr. House is a normal human, however he is seen subduing a Cascadan which implies that he is physically stronger than normal humans.[3]), High Outerverse level with powers (Dr. House possesses his own "Humanpotence" that allows him to manipulate the narrative on a level superior to Wikidot and Fandom authors.[3])
Speed: Below Average Human. Immeasurable with powers (Dr. House is a human with a crutch, meaning he walks slower than normal humans. With his powers, House can subjugate Dulling in his narrative, without him being able to react, and the authors of Fandom like Dulling exist beyond the concept of causality.[3][4])
Lifting Strength: Unknown. Irrelevant through Humanpotence
Striking Strength: Athlete level
Durability: Athlete level, Plot Manip makes him extremely difficult to kill
Stamina: Unknown
Range: Standard Melee Range, High Outerverse level with powers (Dr. House possesses his own "Humanpotence" that allows him to manipulate the narrative on a level superior to Wikidot and Fandom authors.[3])
Intelligence: Extraordinary Genius
Weaknesses: Can be overcome by transcendentally stronger entities
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Humanpotence: Is the power humans exert over reality, allowing them to control the narrative of Backrooms Freewriting and manipulate their own pages. This potency is enforced by the power of Brainrot, which governs reality and enables absurdities to occur without apparent contradiction by controlling the minds of authors to write nonsense. Dr. House possesses his own Humanpotence, demonstrating the ability to surpass even the authors themselves within his page and subdue Dulling in his narrative, forcing him to undergo one of his freakish examinations. With this power, humans can do anything without limits—altering the plot, adding or removing events, erasing entities, and even returning after being retroactively deleted. Unlike other users such as Gary, House appears to have greater mastery over his abilities.
