The Divine Creator is the godlike entity that is referenced throughout the Man-Thing/Strange Tales Comics. It is the creator of the Fallen Stars and Men of Lineage, both in charge of keeping the dreams of reality actually alive in differing ways. If the dream ends, so does reality itself.

This would include higher-dimensional planes, and even its subconsciousness is connected with every place, and all of time and space. All there is, including concepts such as infinity, time and space are nothing more but a thought/dream to it. However, it is still below The-One-Above-All)
