Dan Kuroto is the primary antagonist of Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. He is the 30-year old 2nd CEO of Genm Corp. who transforms into Kamen Rider Genm (仮面ライダーゲンム Kamen Raidā Genmu). After his initial death, he was revived as a Bugster and became an ally to CR, later helping Kiriya Kujo develop a vaccine to the Bugster Virus. Actually, he is God, the creator and ruler of the universe, reincarnated into the son of Sakurako Dan and teenage video game developer, Dan Kuroto. Before he was ever reincarnated, he was originally an eldritch being of nigh-unfathomable power that was born from the void of existence. Then he created time, reality, and thus, the entire universe.
