Cthulhu is the titular character of the Cthulhu Mythos and a badass fucking squid dragon thing. Despite being barely important to the mythos at all, he's still the most famous one which makes him even more badass.

Durability: Below Average Human level (Was obliterated by a sailboat ramming into him, which has a top speed of 8 mph. Regeneration makes him hard to kill)

Intelligence: Unknown, at least has basic self-preservation since he stopped his attack after regenerating from being obliterated by the boat.
Weaknesses: Is dead and will only come back to life when the stars are right, so his opponent wins automatically until then.
Note: According to all known laws of aviation, Cthulhu should not be able to fly. His wings are too small to get his big, fat body off the ground. Cthulhu, of course, can fly anyway, because H. P. Lovecraft doesn't care what humans think is impossible.
