Half of his power instilled in a fist would at least be able to harm only a puppy, while full power would go to a children or adults at the slightest.
Speed: Carl is so slow that he can't even keep up with cars. He also fails to keep up with trains as well.
Lifting Strength: Roughly subhuman or regular human. His strength differs at times and is inconsistent as hell.

Durability: His durability is shit. He'll die just from failing a mission.
