The Brutalfly is a boss in Orespawn, and the eventual final form of the Caterkiller, should the Player engage it in combat for too long.
It is also paradoxically far weaker than it's larval stage or even it's contemporary Mothra, the latter of whom the official website states is supposed to be inferior.
