When they use 100% of all their power, they can decide that 100% is too little, and go to 101% (or any amount more, really) of their power, laughing in the face of 'limits'. Not to be confused with Accelarated Development, Adaptation, status enhancement, etc. As these abilities concern raising the level that is "100%" of the user's power. This Ability is fundementally beyond regular statistics of power, and should be reserved for truly strong characters.
