Summary[]
Known originally to the heroes of Re:Creators only as Military Uniform Princess, Altair is the last creation of Setsuna Shimazaki before she took her own life. While originating from a singular music video, Altair was able to break free from the yoke of her story and become independent. Because of this, every person who thinks about or re-imagines her fuels her existence and power. Every piece of media that is released featuring Altair further bolsters her, as she receives any and all powers that have been bestowed to her throughout all her portrayals in such media.
I hate all of you. I hate your stories. I feel like throwing up when I think of the abhorrent gods that created you. Spitting out stupid stories; everything in this world is vile.
With this power at her side she has accumulated an unimaginable amount of raw power, abilities, and versatility. Armed with the final emotions of her creator, she burns with utter hatred and contempt for the world and everything in it, and will stop at nothing to see all of creation break and shatter under her crushing wrath.

Holopsicon: The primary power of Altair which not only has infinite power as well as infinite abilities, but also the power of all of Creation as well as the power to go against the Real World and the power to create worlds. This ability has many facets, ranging from extremely powerful "movements" to miscellaneous abilities. Although all of her powers stem from this ability, its most notable common application is the generation of and telekinetic control over dozens of swords. These movements are extremely powerful applications of Altair's Holopsicon. Although Altair usually announces the title of the attack as well as plays her Gun to activate certain movements, such vocalization as well as theatrics are not required as the abilities can be activated thought-based.

The Third Movement of the Cosmos - Representation Exposition: Change the fundamental aspect of any plot element. When used, it was able to change Selesia's Sword of Rebellion into a mass of flower petals . It was also capable of changing individual beings such as Zombies into flower . It is also the same ability using which Altair rewrote Sirius into Altair 2.0/Sirius Reborn
「The Ninth Movement「Fate Restoration] The ability to pretend that the target's narrative setting never existed. This is how the Bayard of Sho was erased. It's a foul trick to make the narrative setting disappear, but once you get the audience's approval, anything is possible. This is the truly terrifying part of Altair. Hence it is understandable why Blitz would want to say she is "invincible". The world is falling apart, and it is one step closer to the "Great Collapse".
■「The Thirteenth Movement「Outline Origin」 Reverts a target back to his/her original form in the story, thus eliminating any powers or forms the target did not have at the beginning. This was used to remove all the Plot Elements gained by Hikayu throughout her story such as her powers, weapons, skills, personality, and even appearance .
The Fourteenth Movement of the Cosmos - The Vicissitude of Fortune: Reverses the principles of cause of effect, resulting in an attack that should have damaged her instead damaging the attacker. This ability is thought based and doesn't require either movement or verbalization to use.
The Twentieth Movement of the Cosmos - Factor Mimic: Creates an exact copy of a target, even a sophisticated mech such as Rui Kanoya's Gigas Machina.
The Twenty-Third Movement of the Cosmos: Fate Reconstruction: Redefines and rebuilds fate. It can be used to break and hold off events that are fated to occur in addition to creating something from nothing.
The Sixty-Sixth Movement of the Cosmos: Existence Change: After paralyzing and suppressing the powers of the target, the user mortally wound herself. The target will then be absorbed even on a conceptual level, effectively bypassing resurrection, immortality, and regeneration. After the movement is complete, the target's body will be made into the user's and leave the target non-existent.
Unnamed Movements of the Cosmos: Altair displayed various other Holopsicon abilities which have not been named or numbered and these include, but not at all limited to, teleportation, summoning, BFR, clairvoyance, attack blocking and nullification, and creation.
Note 1: The cosmology is very vast and hard to understand but i will explain it somewhat there are infinite worlds and infinite creators each world is a mulitverse baseline 4D-5D and 5D is the high end for these worlds, the land of gods > these fictional worlds thust making it 6D-7D and altair. Now not all worlds are 4d-5D some are 2/3D world like meteoras world (said world like meteoras she came from was eternal in time), another note the bird cage was infinite in size aka a alternate reality. Train station (been called a miracle). New reality altair creates (You and I...with an infinite worlds. We will Continually change everything." Thus the two decided to weave a new story) scan for the new world and she raised her creator to the same tier as her... yeah gotta love that... anyways just for food for though oh its still possible to go higher but nah for now this will do
Note 2: Immortality scaling: in base form she shows type 1, 3, 5, 6, 8. but with type 7 as followed "Meteora not picking up Altairs existence despite her being in front of them after being “killed”"
Note 3: EoS altair can have a replacement for stats as this would include god altair at the end when she brought her creator to that "new world" l Previous Abilities & Resistances minus Empowerment and Amplified greatly in Addition to Higher Dimensional Existence (Type 2), Acausality (Type 5; Is Unbound by and Transcendental to "Audience Approval" or the Audience of the Real World who cannot affect her at all and which confirmed by WOG. Exists in the Infinite Abyss which is devoid of by all layers of Fate and Causality that the Real World and the Storyworlds are subjected to), Spatial Manipulation, Power Bestowal, Law Manipulation, Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1) & Higher Dimensional Manipulation (Created a 'Story' which is an entire Universe similar to the Real World specifically built to sustain Setsuna's Existence and even erased it afterwards and recreated another one. Brought Setsuna's level of existence up to her own where Setsuna's mere existence was threatening to Warp the Universe and where both of them were stated to be Gods. As a God, she too can use the "Imaginative" force without having the restriction of "Approval" faced by the people of the Real World)
Note 4: 「Hachimon Tonkou」 The art of manipulating direction. It is not limited to geographic directions but also twists the direction of perception. For example, it can make you think you are going in a straight line, but you are going in circles around the same place.「It warps three thousand worlds. Agoa, Amile, show us where the "wisdom" is, and Ars Notoria will shine its power in the seven directions. Swallow, Ionion Aphoria!」 A wave chant that applies the concept of the "Hachimon Tonkou" to create an infinite number of gates. This was Selesia's ability, modified by Matsubara for this mission. The "Ars Notoria" is a medieval European engraving of magic, consisting of multiple circles with geometric shapes, symbols and prayers. The content of the book is contained in the "Little Key of Solomon," a copy of which is kept in the British Museum.
