Admin Privileges is an ability that grants anyone more rights than a normal user. These people are classified as Admins, although they are ranked in different levels.

Beings at this level have only a few of the Admin Privileges, being unable to block users, but still holding more power than a regular user. This level includes Discussion Moderators and Content Moderators. Chat Moderators only have additional rights in the Live Chat, and are otherwise just like normal users, so whether they qualify or not is disputable.

Administrators and Bureaucrats are at this level. In addition to everything from the Low level, beings with Mid level Admin Privileges can ban users, as well as bestow low level Admin Privileges to other users (mid level in the case of Bureaucrats) or revoke them. This level is already quite potent, as those with it can change the rules of this wiki to some extent.

FANDOM employees possess this degree of control. Their influence is spread throughout all Wikis powered by the FANDOM engine, including this one. On top of that, they have even more rights than Bureaucrats; for example, they are able to revoke Bureaucrat rights, block users across all FANDOM Wikis, and even delete entire Wikis. Whenever FANDOM feels like it, they can alter basic rules that apply to every Wiki within FANDOM.

National leaders are the most powerful people in current times, so the scale ends here. Even the likes of the FANDOM staff are subordinate to such people, as they must perform their operations within government regulations. National leaders have near-complete authority over the Internet, being capable of blocking virtually anything they want, and even having the power to change the very fundamentals of the Internet in extreme cases.
